I had an excellent experience at Firestone from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and honest about the work my vehicle needed. They completed the service quickly without sacrificing quality, and they kept me informed throughout the process. It’s truly refreshing to find a shop that values great customer service and takes pride in their work. My car is running great, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. I had an amazing experience at Firestone thanks to Sean and Martez! Both were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s hard to find honest and dependable people in auto repair, and these two truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend asking for Sean and Martez if you want top-notch service. 10/10 experience!

This was the best experience dealing with a mechanic shop that I've ever had. From the moment I drove up on the lot I was treated like everything was going to be alright. The staff was professional and polite. Every step of the process was explained to me clearly. Kyrell walked me through the insurance process, to make sure I got the best deal possible. I will, definitely, recommend this Firestone to all my friends and family.
